CLE Interviews with the Titans of Law

FLORIDA CLE REQUIREMENT 

Each member of the Florida Bar shall complete a minimum of 33 credit hours of approved continuing legal education activity every 3 years.

Due Date

Attorney CLE is due every three years on the last day of a month, randomly assigned  when the attorney is admitted to the Florida bar.

Ethics
CLE

At least 5 hours must be legal ethics, professionalism, bias elimination, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness programs.

E

Technology
CLE

At least 3 of the 33 credit hours must be in approved technology programs.  Technology courses can be about the use of technology by lawyers or generally.
